Privacy and Birth Data
This page is the MVP privacy and birth-data baseline for LunaloQ. It explains what data is used for product operation. It is not legal advice and is not presented as lawyer-approved compliance text.
Account and profile data
When you create an account, LunaloQ stores core account fields (for example name, email, and authentication state) and profile fields you choose to provide. Profiles are used to personalize reading flow behavior.
Birth data
Birth data is optional. If you provide birth date, birth time, birth place, and timezone context, LunaloQ uses it to improve timing-sensitive reading behavior. If you do not provide full birth data, some reading experiences may be limited or use reduced context.
Readings and app usage
LunaloQ stores reading requests, generated reading outputs, and related product telemetry needed to operate reading history, reliability, and support diagnostics. Reading outputs are intended for reflective self-development and personal exploration.
Purchases, subscriptions, and Moondrops
Moondrops are LunaloQ in-app reading currency. Some readings require Moondrops. Subscription plans may provide allowances or related benefits, but reading usage remains Moondrop-governed. On Android, subscriptions and purchase transactions are handled through Google Play where applicable.
Notifications, device tokens, and Google services
LunaloQ may store device-token and notification-preference data to support account and reading readiness communication behavior. Where enabled for MVP product operation, LunaloQ may use Google services such as Google Sign-In, Google Play billing surfaces, Firebase push transport, and rewarded-ad plumbing.
Deletion and contact path
You can remove profiles in the app. Account-level deletion requests should be made from authenticated account settings and support channels available inside LunaloQ (for example Help and Feedback). Provide your account reference when requesting account-level data action support.
