MAVIORB Communications Privacy Notice

This notice explains the shared MAVIORB collection and consent baseline used by public email subscription and early-access forms. Product-specific forms can provide additional context where their purpose differs.

Who controls this data

Theodoros Mavrosavvas (Θεόδωρος Μαυρόσαββας), trading as MAVIORB, is the controller for personal data collected through these shared communications forms. For the wider controller, rights, contact, transfer, retention, and security information, read the MAVIORB Privacy Policy.

What is collected

Public subscription forms collect the email address you enter and the governed context needed to record and honour the request, such as the product line, communication list, public flow, form or page, source host and path, preferred language, capture time, consent state, and notice version. Where confirmation or abuse protection is required, limited technical request evidence may also be stored in protected or privacy-minimised form.

Why the data is used

The email address and scoped consent evidence are used only for the communication list and purpose presented by the form. The shared registry also keeps suppression and withdrawal evidence needed to avoid sending communications after an applicable opt-out or suppression decision.

How list scope works

• The By Sam launch waitlist is only for the purpose represented by that waitlist.
• LunaloQ Early Access is only for testing invitations, early-access opportunities, and LunaloQ launch availability.
• Submitting one public form does not automatically subscribe you to other MAVIORB lists.
• A communications choice is separate from product Terms acceptance, privacy notice access, and unrelated optional marketing choices.

Consent, confirmation, and suppression

MAVIORB uses one shared communications registry for contact identity, append-only consent history, list membership evidence, and suppression. A list may require an email confirmation step before the consent becomes active. Active suppression remains a hard override and is not silently cleared by a new public signup.

Retention and rights

Communications records are retained only for as long as needed to operate the requested list, honour suppression or withdrawal, demonstrate the communication choice, or meet an applicable legal, security, or dispute requirement.
