LunaloQ calculates the underlying astrology first. AI may then help interpret and explain those results alongside relevant context you choose to provide.
LunaloQ does not ask AI to invent your chart, transits, or other underlying calculated results. Specialist-built engines calculate the structured information first. AI may then help turn those results into a clearer, more personal interpretation. LunaloQ currently uses the OpenAI API for these AI-assisted interpretation paths.
What is calculated, not generated by AI
LunaloQ's astrology and transit engines follow defined calculation rules and algorithms. The same separation applies when LunaloQ uses other specialist rule-based engines, such as numerology or manifestation methods: the underlying calculation or structured method remains separate from the AI interpretation layer.
Where AI helps
After the relevant calculations are ready, AI can help interpret, connect, and explain them in natural language. Depending on the selected experience, that interpretation may also use a question, Guided Path answer, relationship context, or other information you chose to provide and that the experience is permitted to use.
For First Glimpse, the AI receives bounded calculated astrology facts and your three context choices rather than the raw birth details used by the calculation engine.
Interpretation can still be wrong
Even when the underlying calculation is deterministic, interpretation involves judgment. AI can misunderstand context, overstate a theme, miss nuance, or produce wording that does not fit your situation. Treat the result as reflective guidance rather than objective fact or a guaranteed prediction.

You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take. Important choices should rely on appropriate evidence, qualified professional advice where relevant, and your own judgment.
