Request LunaloQ data deletion
LunaloQ uses the shared MAVIORB account, so deleting LunaloQ product data is not automatically the same action as deleting your entire MAVIORB identity.
Start a LunaloQ deletion request
Email hello@maviorb.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject LunaloQ data deletion request. This route is available even if you can no longer access LunaloQ.
Do not send your password, birth details, reading text, payment credentials, or other unnecessary personal information by email. Your account email is normally the safest starting identifier.
Identity verification
MAVIORB may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before carrying out deletion. Any verification request should be limited to what is necessary to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
What the request covers
The request covers the LunaloQ product relationship and associated product data that should be erased when there is no continuing purpose or lawful reason to retain it. Because the underlying identity is shared across MAVIORB, the request does not automatically erase an unrelated MAVIORB product relationship or silently delete the shared MAVIORB account.
What may be retained
Deletion does not necessarily mean every record can be erased immediately. Limited records may be retained where they remain necessary for a legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, contractual, suppression, or audit purpose. Retained information should be limited to what that purpose requires and should not continue to be used as ordinary active-product data.

Profile deletion is different
Deleting one LunaloQ Profile removes that Profile through the separate Profile lifecycle. It is not the same as requesting deletion of your wider LunaloQ product data or deleting the shared MAVIORB account.
Contract withdrawal and subscription cancellation are different
A deletion request is not the same as cancelling future subscription renewal or exercising a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract. If an applicable statutory withdrawal right exists for a transaction and you want to exercise it, use the LunaloQ online withdrawal function.
