Statutory withdrawal (where applicable)

Use this function only where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from the identified LunaloQ transaction.

This function lets you send a clear electronic withdrawal declaration where an available statutory right applies. It is separate from account deletion and from cancelling future subscription renewals.

Check whether the right applies to your transaction

A statutory withdrawal right is not automatically available for every LunaloQ transaction. Eligibility and the financial or entitlement consequences depend on the applicable law, transaction type, timing, performance state, and any legally relevant consent or acknowledgement.

If you are exercising an available statutory withdrawal right, you do not need to give a reason. Do not include birth data, reading text, payment-card details, passwords, or other unnecessary personal information.
