LunaloQ Terms of Use
These operational terms describe the current LunaloQ product boundaries and remain subject to final legal review before the v2.0 public launch.
These are operational launch-draft terms, not a substitute for final legal review. They remain excluded from search indexing until the contractual and consumer-law review is complete.
Account use
You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported through the available MAVIORB or LunaloQ support path.
Readings and AI-generated guidance
LunaloQ readings use automated AI systems and are intended for reflection and personal exploration. They are not deterministic predictions and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, crisis, or emergency advice.
Moondrops and Reading Type access
Reading Types require Moondrops according to the current LunaloQ product configuration. A plan, reward, or other entitlement may provide Moondrops, but the reading itself remains Moondrop-governed.
Purchases and subscriptions
On Android, purchase and subscription flows may use Google Play where the relevant billing provider and product configuration are enabled. Available payment methods can differ by platform, device, country, and current product configuration.
Product changes and availability
LunaloQ may evolve over time. Reading configuration, presentation, pricing, availability, and supported capabilities can change, subject to applicable contractual and consumer-law obligations.
