Use and account

You are responsible for use of your account, profile inputs, and actions taken from authenticated sessions. Keep account access credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access through in-app support channels.

Readings and generated guidance

LunaloQ readings are generated by automated systems and are intended for reflection and self-development. They are not deterministic predictions and not professional advice. See AI Disclaimer for scope boundaries.

Moondrops, purchases, and subscriptions

Moondrops are in-app reading currency used for reading access. Subscription plans may provide allowances or related benefits, but reading usage remains Moondrop-governed. On Android, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play where applicable.

Availability and product updates

Features, pricing, reading configurations, and in-app presentation may change over time as LunaloQ evolves. MVP rollout is bounded and may defer non-critical enhancements.

Privacy and deletion path

Privacy and data handling details are on the Privacy and Birth Data page. Profile deletion is available in-app. Account-level support and data-action requests should be submitted through authenticated account settings and in-app Help and Feedback.
