Frequently asked questions

What is LunaloQ?

LunaloQ is a MAVIORB astrology experience that combines specialist calculation engines with AI-assisted interpretation for personal reflection.

Does LunaloQ use AI?

Yes, but not for everything. LunaloQ's astrology and transit engines calculate the underlying information using defined algorithms. AI may then help interpret and explain those results alongside relevant context you choose to provide. The interpretation can still be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional advice.

How is birth data used?

Birth and location context can be used when a selected reading depends on natal or timing information. The exact context required can vary by Reading Type.

Are profiles and readings public?

No public page in this launch surface is intended to publish your authenticated profiles or reading history. Data processing and service-provider handling are governed separately through MAVIORB privacy controls.

What are Moondrops?

Moondrops are the LunaloQ reading currency. Reading access remains Moondrop-governed, including when Moondrops are supplied through a plan or reward.
